Proceed on 494 West towards Bloomington. Exit to France Avenue. Turn LEFT (South) on France Avenue. Continue through one stop light and then watch for an overhead sign "American Boulevard Only". This lane will curve right, onto American Boulevard, which is also the frontage road. Go past Joe Sensor's, The Olive Garden and the car dealerships until you reach a 10-story white office building with Southgate written vertically on it.

Continue south on HWY 100, and cross under 494. At the first stoplight, West 84th Street, turn left (east). After half a block, turn left again onto Normandale Service Road. Follow the frontage road around to a ten-story, white office building with Southgate written vertically on it. You may park on the west side of the building; no permit is required.
