Ellen Glatstein, Principal
Ellen has always had a knack for entrepreneurialism. At the tender age of 6 she started her own greeting card company. So it's no surprise that Ellen founded Idea Greenhouse with a creative vision and passion for helping clients increase revenue and solve business problems through innovation. After beginning her career as a classic marketer for General Mills and Ralston Purina, she established the Institute of Creativity and Innovation in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since, she has spent over 20 years as a leading creative process facilitator and consultant for blue-chip, Fortune 500 companies.
